I don’t send out cards but it’s mostly because there are none available that say something I believe is worth saying. Maybe some of these cards you suggest would be better…. or, as you say, some of the more artistic among us can come up with something.
Yeah, thailandchani. What I like about the three I posted there is, they are about very serious issues of concern to all radical people but they manage to be positive and inspiring anyway. I’d love to see us create some radfem cards in the same spirit.

If someone had the skills, a whole series could be done, commemorating all our great heroines. From Sappho and Penthesilea, to Dworkin and Daly, and why not Heart and Twisty.
A small explanation of their exploits could be included on the back.

I was hoping that Chloe’s poster would go out on cafepress. Then all their supporters would be able to buy t shirts and mugs, to keep them in mind. If cafepress is unethical ? I still think getting this issue across is more important.

How about a Snow Woman card. A sort of snow Willendorf with a jaunty cap, shawl and piece of holly , or just as she is.
I think the shirts are beautiful! I did e-mail Chloe about the shop at the time– I think we were both discouraged by someone saying Cafe Press is misogynist? And so nothing came of our discussion at the time. Chloe, you there?

I think we should have shirts with the “4″ on them, definitely, I should change that or add those (because I sort of like remembering ALL of the women who were arrested initially, seven in all, though only 4 are in prison now). I haven’t checked into all the way it works in a while with Cafe Press. One thing I don’t like is, stuff is pretty pricey. But we could say that all of the proceeds would go to whatever cause, like to the New Jersey 4, their kids, etc. Whatever cause we highlight, if there are proceeds, the money could go to that cause.

Obviously, Chloe, you have the final voice on everything around the stuff with your artwork on it. I think you should get a cut of anything sold with the artwork you’ve created, it is really beautiful.
