Slammed, Preoccupied, Sorry

Women (and men), I am slammed, preoccupied and haven’t been able to devote the time I normally devote to moderation, reading, and responding to comments.   I’ve been approving comments of those I know without reading them, spamming people I don’t know for the time being, and hoping for the best.  Please give me the benefit of the doubt right now.  I’ve got a television production/camera crew at my house doing an internationally-televised documentary about my experiences as a quiverfull leader on the Religious Right.  They will be at my house all day tomorrow, and then we’ll be done.

  1. Hey, {{{ Heart }}}, no worries.

I had a feeling yesterday that you were having to do that. Just didn’t know the context.

I won’t say anything worse than usual.

  4. heart, you are always incredibly thoughtful in the way you run this site, and you should never feel that you have to apologize for the way you moderate. everyone knows how hard you work to maintain this space and appreciates it profoundly, so don’t feel bad about needing to moderate (or not) as you see fit.

and when you finally have time, please let us know more about this documentary and how we can see it, support it, etc. 🙂
